KITCHEN: Service for 2 with dishes, silverware, refrigerator, microwave, coffe pot, and toaster oven.

*Park Model's are not heated but do have electric.

Deposit:
The lessee agrees to pay, in full the Reservation Deposit Rate at the time of reservation by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover )

Cabin Cancellations:
PRIOR TO 30 DAYS of arrival date, deposit will be refunded minu a $30 per cabin cancellation fee. LESS THAN 30 DAYS: The rental deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Early departure and no shows due to weather or any other reason will not recieve a refund.
